April 2025 Calendar: Racing Season in Full Swing

The engines are roaring, the smell of burning rubber is in the air, and weekends are once again booked solid – it’s motorsport season, and April is bringing the heat. From iconic Formula 1 circuits to gritty endurance racing in the heart of Europe, the calendar is stacked. Whether you’re watching from the grandstands or your couch, here’s what not to miss this month:

April 4–6

Formula 1 – Japan (Suzuka)
We’re kicking off the month with a fan-favorite: the Suzuka Circuit. This figure-eight track is one of the most technically demanding on the F1 calendar, with high-speed corners, the legendary 130R, and an electric atmosphere that only Japan can deliver.
Expect bold strategies, brave overtakes, and that touch of unpredictability that always seems to come with Suzuka – especially if the weather plays a part.

ELMS – Spain (Barcelona)
The European Le Mans Series launches its 2025 campaign under the Spanish sun at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.
This race is all about endurance, pit strategy, and the perfect blend of pro drivers and rising talents. If you’re into watching team dynamics and tactical racing unfold over hours, ELMS is your vibe.

April 11–13

Formula 1 – Bahrain
From the technical corners of Suzuka straight into the desert heat of Bahrain – this twilight race always delivers.
Under the floodlights, Bahrain becomes a glowing arena of wheel-to-wheel battles and tire strategy drama. It’s one of those tracks where the action just doesn’t let up, and the final laps often flip the script.

April 18–20

Formula 1 – Saudi Arabia (Jeddah)
Street racing at its fastest. The Jeddah Corniche Circuit is one of the quickest and most intense city tracks in the world, with walls that leave zero room for error.
Adrenaline? Off the charts. Mistakes? Punished instantly.
This is modern F1 spectacle at its finest – a blend of danger, precision, and showbiz.

WEC – Italy (Imola)
Endurance meets Italian passion. The World Endurance Championship rolls into Imola – a track rich with history and motorsport soul.
From the days of Senna to today’s hybrid-powered monsters, Imola demands respect. Expect a grid of prototypes and GTs fighting through traffic, day into night, with pit crews and strategy teams playing just as vital a role as the drivers.

April 25–27

Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie (NLS2) – Germany
Nothing screams raw racing quite like the Nürburgring Nordschleife. The NLS is as real as it gets – multi-class chaos on the “Green Hell” that tests both machine and human endurance.
Think GT3 beasts, club racers, and unpredictable Eifel weather. It’s messy, dramatic, and absolutely addictive.

DTM – Germany (Oschersleben)
The Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters kicks off in Oschersleben, where tight corners and short straights promise elbows-out racing from lap one.
This isn’t your average touring car series – DTM is fast, fierce, and packed with talent. Watch out for photo-finishes and maybe a bit of rubbing (because yes, rubbing is racing).

So there it is – your April motorsport cheat sheet. Save the dates, charge your devices, and get ready for four weekends of non-stop racing magic.
